I haven't bought swimsuit for this year yet. There is one thing that is stopping me from buying swimsuit. It is my body, my proportion. I'm not that fat, but its is fare from the bodies of these swimsuit models. Not only girls but Japanese in all, including men and women, I think we tend to be slim. Especially, Japanese girls are really skinny. Some of them are skinny as model and says they aren't skinny enough. like I said, I'm not that fat, but I feel like as if I am. I don't want to be influenced by Japanese media that seem to suggest girls must be skinny, but how can I not? Pretty girls in magazines are all skinny and beautiful. Even I wear same swimming suite, It won't be the same? So I decided to go on a diet!
Girls are always interested in diet,right?
The most ideal diet is to eat healthy and loose weight!
So I'd like to challenge on Tofu diet!
It is a popular diet now in Japan.
All you do is eat Tofu instead of rice, pasta, bread, noodles and all the carbohydrate food. Import an thing in Tofu diet is not to eat just Tofu. Tofu is healthy and rich in nutrition but it doesn't mean prefect. You have to eat Tofu and somethings at the same time.
Example, if you are eating curried rice, then put curry over Tofu. If you are eating tomato spaghetti, then put tomato sauce on Tofu. If your eating sandwich, eat Tofu and ham instead of bread. This is how Tofu diet works.
Good point of Tofu diet is that you don't have to do it every day. Just do it several times in a week.
Another important this is to be sure to exercise a little.
Remember not to feel obliged. You don't have to do it. Just eat Tofu when you feel like it.
