I mentioned about Moe Oshikiri, one of the famous model in Japan. Then I have to talk about Yuti Ebihara and Yu Yamada.
Like I said, like in tabloids, TV shows Moe Oshikiri, Yuri Ebihara and Yu Yamada is always brought up in comparison. If one of them had a scandal, then other two will be mentioned also, because they were the top model of the Japanese fashion magazine; Can Can and they are TV talents.

It is very timely to talk about Yuri Ebihara because there was a scandal on love affair. Recently, she was taken picture of dating Ilmari; a member of Japanese HipHop group Ripslyme.



Yuri Ebihara is called Ebi-chan.
I think Ebi-chan is the cutest model. She has the perfect face!
She is a twin, but the sister is not a model so I never saw her sister on media. But I bet she is cute! I think they are the prettiest twins in Japan.

I like Ebi-chan's face but I don't like her voice. Moe-chan's voice is nice.

Moe Oshikiri is a Japanese TV talent. Moe-chan first appeared in media as a fashion magazine model. She was a one of the Japanese supermodel who all the girls admired. The magazine she made fame is called Can Can. Many Japanese girls love this magazines.

Moe-chan has been producing her own Yukata since 2008 or 07.
Today's pictures are Moe-chan producing Yukata 2009. I think Moe-chan'sYukata are the prettiest above all. When I look at the picture, I think they are very cute and I feel I want to buy but it's pretty expensive. Moe-chan's Yukata(only Yukata, not as set) cost USD 300, and if I buy other things that go with, it will probably cost USD 500. What keeps me from buying is that Moe-chan producing yukata has trend every year. Japanese girls only wear Yukata twice or third times in summer, when we go to matsuri. If I'm paying USD 500 for three times, one season Yukata, then I would buy Yukata that is very basic traditional designed yukata with traditional dieing and sewing. This is what holds me back from buying Moe-chan's Yukata. Well simply because I don't have that much money to spend on Yukata.






At first, I didn't like Moe-chan when she was a model. I simply didn't think here face pretty. Here eyes are apart. After she became a TV talent, I stated to like her. Her voice and the way she talks is nice and can tell that she is a nice kind women. Now she is dating with a Japanese Pro Baseball player, a pitcher Nomaguch.

Speaking of Moe-chan there is a two other super modelss to come up with, and that is You Yamada and Yuri Ebihara. Three of them are from the same fashion magazine and now they are a TV talent. So this is why they always brought up as a comparison, maybe I'll talk about them next time.

It never took a Yukata lesson, nor tough by my mom how to wear it. I learnd it by my self. Wearing Yukata is not much difficult, but it is probably hard to wear with out practice.
Kimono would be difficult to wear by your self unless you've took a lesson because Kimono's cloth is much thicker. So the layers becomes thicker and it is hard to tie it tightly. It is better to ask someone to healp.

All you have to do is rap the Obi belt and stick the wire of the ribbon in it.
Very easy. No worries of loosing.
I used to wear this but I quited because there where only crappy colors when I was a kid.
Nowaday, they have lot of cute ones.

Loosing is one of the big conscious of wearing Yukata. If you do it by your self, it usually becomes louse, so you need to know how to fix.

There are many kinds of ribbon for Yukata and Kimono.
This time is the most easiest way.
Even I can do it!

Step 1

Fold the right end of Obi into half. Leave 50cm and clip it in the center of Obiita.


Step 2

Take the left end and rap it around your body twice. Then take the clip off.


Step 3

Tie the right end and left end in a single nought.


Step 4

Fold the all of the left end like in the picture.


Step 5

Grab the center of folded left end


Step 6

Rap the right end over the folded left end


Step 7

tuck the right end in to the main obi which is raped around your body.


Step 8

Pull the right end down from the main obi. If there is a left over of the right end, fold it and tuck in to the main obi.


Step 9

Form the ribbon neatly

Step 10

Bring the ribbon to your back.

Step 11

Bring the Obiita in front.

Step 1

Wear Kimono Underwear (3 and 4). Be sure you finish your makeup and hair before wearing.

Step 2

Wear Yukata(8). Make sure the sewing line comes in the center of your back.

Step 3

Grab the both front of Yukata and bring it up until the end comes just at your ankle.

Step 4

Rap the Yukata around your body. Rap the Yukata on your right hand inside and bring the end 7 to 8 cm above your ankle. Then the rap Yukata in your left and bring the end 3 to 4 cm above your ankle

Step 5

By using the strap (2) tie Yukata to keep the end at your ankle.

Step 6

Put your hands in from the side slip and make it look neater.
